A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, UK and Chartered Construction Manager, Richard is an approachable, direct and hands-on leader of business, teams and people. Richard has gained 30 years of general management and commercial project delivery experience within the built environment, during the past 20 years of his career he has been responsible for P&L and led the strategic planning, design, operations and successful delivery of multiple complex and large-scale build projects within the UAE and internationally.
Eng. Khalid Alassadi Director, Construction
More than 26 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and construction, Khalid leads the operations division acting as the primary point of contact for Owners and Clients.
Proven expertise in design requirements and project objectives collaborating with multidisciplinary design professionals to develop comprehensive plans ensuring client expectations are achieved, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Khalid oversees the negotiation and administration of contracts with clients, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring all parties understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Well versed in safely delivering major projects with supervision requirements and overall responsibility towards Main Contractors, Specialist Sub-Contractors and Consultants overseeing safety, programme, planning, resource management, cost control, procurement, execution and quality control.
